If you know me, you know I've been playing a weekly game of Dungeons & Dragons for 15+ years. It's like creating a play with an audience of six!
With the pandemic winding down – at least in MA – we're all excited to transition back from online to around the table. Sitting there with my dragon miniatures and 20-sided dice, I was reminded again of what players have known for years: the facilitator – or, Game Master – needs the same skills that all effective leaders do. The best games include collaboration, innovation, defining a vision and providing constructive feedback.
How many people out there play D&D or another RPG? What have you learned in the fantasy world you applied to the real real world?
